Over the years, Allan Peter has gained a strong reputation of being both candidate- and client-driven, with a focus on delivering candidates that are a match with current business objectives and long-term business strategy.
During his career, Allan Peter has held different positions in industries such as Consumer/Retail, Industrial, Digital and Business Consulting both in SME’s and multinational companies. His search career started as consultant in a global Executive Search consultancy after which he headed a Nordic research consultancy firm. He then became a Partner at Horton International, a TOP 20 Global Executive Search company.
Today, Allan Peter uses his experience and strong insights into the Danish business environment to help clients of APCO uncover and evaluate the “hard to find”-candidates in the Danish market.
